The classic traditional British favourite. The best ‘frozen at sea’ North Atlantic cod fillets crisply battered and served with freshly cut and triple fried Maris Piper. Proper fish and chips. And don’t forget the rest of the classic menu with battered sausage, fish cakes, saveloy and a dollop of mushy peas or curry sauce!

Though based in Salisbury we travel far and wide with our mobile food pop-up gazebos, covering all types of corporate and private events, from small gatherings to huge festivals. Our catering gazebo units are fully scalable. Book us and we will be there.

We’re fully self-sustainable and our pop-up kitchens are easily assembled in all locations. We can bring a generator if no power source is available.

The fryers start to sizzle and we serve all your hungry guests, no matter how many people are in attendance.

Since we offer cardboard containers, wooden forks and paper napkins, there is minimal waste. We take everything away when we are done.

We’ll leave our pitch exactly as we find it, neat and tidy.

Our story

Since 2013 Pat and the team from Sarum Catering have been out on the road, building delicious burritos at all types of events. It all started because of our love of fresh, funky and delicious street food. And they are always popular!

We’ve perfected the whole street food stall process to make it super easy for our clients and mind-blowingly tasty for your guests. You’ll find us at festivals, parties, events, weddings and corporate bashes across the country throughout the year.

As we’ve grown, we’ve added The Bratman, That’s Toastie and Burger It to our street food vendor gang at Sarum Event Catering, among others, with even more in the pipeline. If you want lots of choices at your event, we can provide a full pop-up food court and you only have to deal with one company. Us!
